Accessibility
What is it?
Accessibility means that all students should have equal access to the facilities and resources of the library. Students with disabilities should be able to stroll down the aisles and be able to reach the books, work at the library tables, and reach and use the library computers. Also, students with disabilities should be able to navigate the computer and websites without difficulty. The Rehabilitation Act of 1973, along with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, ensures that this will happen for all students.
